Personal data we process for a retirement planning inquiry.

This privacy policy describes how Spire Junction Retirement Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you submit a retirement income or long-term savings planning inquiry. It is written to align with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법, PIPA) and follows the standard section structure of a 개인정보처리방침.

Items of personal data we process

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we process the following items:

  • Your full name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number, if you choose to share it.
  • The focus area you select and the message text you write.
  • A timestamp of submission, generated automatically by your browser.
  • Your consent to this processing, recorded as a checkbox state.

If you contact us by phone or email instead of the form, we process only the information you choose to share in that exchange.

Purposes of collection and use

We collect and use the personal data above only to:

  • Read and understand your retirement income or long-term savings planning question.
  • Reply to your inquiry by email or phone and arrange a scoping call.
  • Prepare for and carry out a consultation, where one is agreed.
  • Keep a record of the engagement for the duration of the relationship.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your inquiry. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site, so no behavioural data is collected through your visit.

We process inquiry data on the basis of your consent, given through the consent checkbox on the form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made to us. You may withdraw consent or request erasure at any time using the contact details above.

Retention and use periods

We retain inquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • If an inquiry does not lead to a consultation, we delete the inquiry data within six months of our last exchange.
  • If a consultation is agreed, we retain the data for the duration of the engagement and for three years afterward, to support review points and respond to later questions.
  • Where a longer retention period is required by Korean law for accounting or tax records, we retain only the minimum records required and isolate them from inquiry data.

Third-party sharing and cross-border transfer

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share inquiry data with third parties except where required by Korean law. The inquiry form posts to a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry on spire-junction.digital; no third-party service receives your form submission. No cross-border transfer of inquiry data takes place as part of form handling.

Data-subject rights

Under PIPA you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Withdraw consent to processing at any time.
  • Request a restriction on processing.

This site and our consultations are intended for adults planning retirement income and long-term savings. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children.
